At ExhibitionCatalogs.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
- Your order number
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Returns for Unwanted Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, including:
- No markings, highlights, or physical damage
- Shrink-wrapped or sealed products must remain unopened with all original tags attached
- All original packaging and accompanying materials must be included and intact
Required Documentation
- Include the packing slip or a printed copy of the Shipping Confirmation Email you received after the item was shipped.
- Returns without this documentation cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once an order is handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Shrink-wrapped or sealed items that have been opened or removed from the original packaging
- Collectible books
- Used books
- Final sale or clearance items
